This policy explains what information Daana Natural Products and Services (“we”, “us”) collects through daana.io, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Purchases: we sell our products through Amazon and Walmart, not on this website. When you buy from those marketplaces, they collect your details and handle payment.
- Messages: if you email us or contact us through the site, we keep your name, email address and message.
- Comments: if you comment on a blog post, WordPress stores your name, email address, comment and IP address.
- Cookies: the site uses only the cookies WordPress needs to work, such as remembering your comment details. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to you and to run the site. We do not sell or rent it, and we share it only when the law requires us to.
Purchases on Amazon and Walmart
If you buy Daana products on Amazon or Walmart, your purchase is governed by their privacy policies. We receive only the order details those marketplaces share with sellers, and use them only to fulfil and support your order.
Google data (Daana Agents)
“Daana Agents” is our internal tool. It uses Google APIs to read and write files in Daana’s own Google Drive, such as saving our daily business reports. It accesses only Google accounts and files belonging to Daana and its team, and is not offered to the public. Its use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. That data is used only to produce and store Daana’s internal reports, is not shared with third parties, and is not used for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep marketplace order records as long as tax and accounting laws require, and messages for as long as needed to help you.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by writing to daanateam@gmail.com.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
