i purchased this oil to help with keeping my hair healthy. i use this oil the day before washing or the day of and keep it in for some hours. it has helped to slow down breakage and and hair fall due to shedding. i usually apply when my hair is dry and works just fine. it does have a very strong deep mustard smell and can stain clothing or pillow cases towels etc so make sure you wipe up spills immediately and wear a shower cap or head wrap you dont mind getting oily or stained. a little goes a long way so keep that in mind as your pouring it in your hand as it does not have a spout. would be really helpful to put in an applicator bottle.

Lo uso para varias opciones, piel, cabello, ombligo junto con el aceite de castor oil, tambien lo consumo en las mañanas en ayuna alternandolo con aceite de castor, es excelente para limpiar los intestinos naturalmente, nutrirnos y bajar de peso naturalmente. muy buen aceite. Sugiero que incluyan tambien el aceite de orégano más del 80% de carvacrol es un antibiótico natural, desinnflamante. Y más. Pero agrego que deberian empacarlo en cristal el plástico es tóxico y el aceite absuerve parte de ese tóxico. La proxima vez buscare mejor opción en cristal.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I hadn’t slept all night because of a cough. I decided to try vicks on my feet. We didn’t have any. I decided to try this. I mixed 1 teaspoon of this with 1 teaspoon of caster oil. I put it on my chest and the bottom of my feet under my socks. I slept for hours!

I use this on my eyebrows a couple of nights a week before bedtime and have noticed my eyebrows are getting thicker. It actually works but be patient and use it at least 2 times a week. I apply it with a q-tip carefully. Do not get it in your eyes!!!

Mustard seed oil has a high flash-point and is useful for stir-frying. However many products are not really fresh and have an “off” aroma. This bottle had a nice fresh spicy aroma. To use correctly for cooking the oil must be heated in the pan till smoke starts to rise, then the temperature is lowered to the required level, and light smoke rises with a delicious aromaThis oil can also be used for skin care and cosmetic purposes.

I ordered this For inflammation because my friends doctor recommended it to her for arthritic pain. It works wonderfully. Several weeks ago I could hardly walk because my ankles were so painful. I massaged them with the mustard oil & in just a little bit the stiffness was gone & I could walk. It has done wonders for my hair bc of vitamin E & other contents. It even got rid of a big wart on my foot bc it is antiviral!

I mix this with black walnut hull powder to mute the gray in my hair while conditioning it. The result is silky smooth, shiny hair with far less noticeable gray. I love the fact that it both soaks in and allows the excess to be washed off at the same time. My hair doesn’t feel or look greasy afterwards – just soft, smooth, and moisturized. It has the pungency and sharpness of a good quality cold pressed mustard oil. I was tired of mustard oils that are flat and tasteless and can be easily replaced by any other cooking oils, until I stumbled upon this one.
